Following the success of the Yoga2Hear Daily Yoga series we are adding another title to the range – Daily Core Yoga.

• The Fundamentals of Flow - A vinyasa flow yoga class for Beginners. 

• Flow Alignment - A vinyasa flow yoga class for those with some yoga experience. 

• Vinyasa Flow - A strong vinyasa flow yoga class for experienced yogis. 

The Fundamentals of Flow is a 50 minute flowing vinyasa yoga class that focuses on correct alignment and technique. It has been created to introduce and develop a solid foundation in basic vinyasa yoga. Flow Alignment is suitable for those with some experience of yoga or as a follow on from The Fundamentals of Flow and the third class which completes Tim’s trilogy of Vinyasa style yoga classes for Wellbeing World Online is Vinyasa Flow this class progresses from the previous two classes. Note to the Editor - About Tim Maples.  Tim is an amazing yoga teacher with over 35 years of experience. Tim was introduced to the Yoga of Indra Devi in 1975 and then attended a six month Raja Yoga teachers training in Pondicherry, South India with Swami Gitananda. Rae Roberts has created two audio products for Wellbeing world Online and there are more in pre-production stages.  The Learn to Meditate – Mindfulness of Breathing CD and Download includes two easy-to-follow 35 minute classes that have been created to introduce and progress this effective meditation technique to those with little or no experience of meditation.  The Learn to Meditate - Metta Bhavana CD and Download consists of two easy-to-follow classes. The first class runs for 42 minutes whilst the second is a 20 minute quick version of the practice ideal to use if you do not have time for the longer session. Both begin with a body awareness section which works to focus your mind onto your body and especially your heart centre. She has taught meditation in many contexts and countries including the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand.  She began with the Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation and Metta Bhavana: Meditation on Loving Kindness and has done several other types of meditation over the years including the Green Tara visualisation, Six Elements Practice, Brahma Viharas and insight meditation.   Rae was the Director of the Aryaloka Buddhist Centre in New Hampshire, USA for 10 years and has helped establish and run Meditation and Buddhist centres throughout the world. She lived for 3 years at the Taraloka Retreat centre in Shropshire, England, where she led retreats for women.  Rae says, “I especially enjoy teaching meditation to newcomers and seeing the incredible effect it can have on them and their lives, as it did for me.
