The Pre-Natal Pilates workout includes gentle exercises that focus on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles as well as your deepest abdominal muscles to help minimize back pain and discomfort as your baby grows. Many women who have used this class swear that the exercises helped with their labour and delivery because they could still focus and control the muscles needed to deliver.

A free Pre-Natal Ab Tutorial class is included with the Pre-Natal Pilates workout . The Ab Tutorial exercises are safe and effective and are perforned whilst in a seated position.

For those of you who are visual learners, the workouts are accompanied by a PDF guide booklet that highlights the instructions and provides reference photographs of each exercise.

The workouts are devised and instructed by Sherry Lowe-Bernie. Sherry has taught fitness since 1982. She trained at the PhysicalMind Institute and is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher with over 12 years experience. In that time she has encountered just about every ailment and injury and has created these easy-to-follow audio classes using exercises that are proven to work.
