A free Ab Tutorial class is included with the Pilates for Stress Relief workout. The Ab Tutorial teaches you how to find and use the deepest layer of your abdominal muscles. This layer is important because when it is strong, it supports your spine so that you can move without pain or discomfort. Once you learn how to use your abs properly, you'll notice a huge difference not only in how you feel, but also in how you look because these are the muscles that will actually flatten your stomach!

The workouts are devised and instructed by Sherry Lowe-Bernie. Sherry has taught fitness since 1982. She trained at the PhysicalMind Institute and is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher with over 12 years experience. In that time she has encountered just about every ailment and injury and has created these easy-to-follow audio classes using exercises that are proven to work.
