Posture can often be one of those things in life that doesn't seem to be really important, but the truth is that poor posture can have many negative effects on your health and well-being. Pain and discomfort are the most common side effects of poor posture. Besides that, poor posture makes you look a lot older than you are. Here's a test that you can do to see if your posture needs help. Whilst standing, have someone take a side-view photo of you. On the photograph, put a dot on your earlobe and another dot in the middle of your shoulder. If your earlobe is forward of your shoulder, your posture needs a little work. The Pilates for Posture Improvement workout will help you correct your posture and bring you into better allignment !

She trained at the PhysicalMind Institute and is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher with over 12 years experience.
