p>The Gentle Daily Yoga sessions are not physically demanding and are ideal for those with restricted movement, those recovering from injury or illness, those who have not exercised before, those who have had a long break from regular exercise and those with little or no previous yoga experience.

The sessions features simple and effective yoga postures taught using clear, easy-to-follow instruction combined with soothing background music. The postures are performed in sitting and laying positions and will gently mobilize and release tension from the body without placing stress on any joints. Each session concludes with a short guided relaxation section to leave you feeling both refreshed and calm.

The Gentle Daily Yoga sessions are accompanied by a guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture featured.

The sessions are devised and instructed by yoga expert Sue Fuller and were recorded in a professional recording studio. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years.
